Welcome to Argus ("Platform"), the internal data analytics platform for WPS Office / Kingsoft Office ("Company", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you access our Platform using your Google Workspace account.

By accessing Argus, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We strictly limit our data collection to the minimum required for authentication and access control.

Google User Data

When you sign in via Google OAuth (Sign-in with Google), we receive the following personal information:

• Email Address: Used to verify your employment status and organizational domain (@wps.com or authorized domains).
• Full Name: Used to display your identity within the Platform.
• Profile Picture: Used for your user avatar in the navigation bar.
• Google ID: A unique identifier to link your account permissions.

We do not access your contacts, calendar, drive files, or any other Google Workspace data.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used for the following internal business purposes only:

• Authentication: Verifying your identity and allowing secure login.
• Authorization: Granting access to specific dashboards based on your role/department.
• Security Auditing: Logging access times and activities to ensure platform security and compliance.
• Communication: Sending system alerts or access notifications (rarely).

4. Google API Services User Data Policy

Argus's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell, rent, or transfer your Google user data to third parties for advertising, market research, or any other unrelated purposes.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Your data is strictly confidential and is never shared with external parties, except:

• When required by law or legal process.
• With strict internal IT security teams for investigation of security incidents.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account profile data only as long as you are an active authorized user of the Platform. Upon termination of employment or revocation of access, your access privileges are immediately removed.

You may request the deletion of your account data from this Platform by contacting the administrator, though this will result in the loss of access to Argus.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encryption at rest, and strict role-based access controls (RBAC).
