Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Argus Internal Data Platform ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are strictly prohibited from accessing this Platform.

2. Authorized Access Only

This Platform is a proprietary system of WPS Office / Kingsoft Office. Access is restricted exclusively to authorized employees, contractors, and affiliates who have been granted explicit permission.

You must authenticate using your authorized Google Workspace account. Sharing your account credentials or allowing unauthorized third-party access is a severe violation of company security policy.

3. Confidentiality and Data Security

All data, reports, metrics, and insights obtained from this Platform are classified as Strictly Confidential.

• You may not disclose, publish, or share any data externally without prior written approval from the Data Governance Committee.
• You may not export bulk data for personal use or storage on unauthorized devices.
• You must adhere to the company's Information Security Policy at all times.

4. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its code, architecture, data visualizations, and proprietary algorithms, is the exclusive intellectual property of Kingsoft Office. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to the Platform other than the limited right to use it for internal business purposes.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Platform.
• Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's servers or networks (e.g., through automated scraping or DDOS attacks).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" for internal business use. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the data presented.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms of Service or are no longer employed by the Company.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal policies of Kingsoft Office and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.
